Nozuko Tikayo is an upbeat Human Resources Management ( Cum Laude) graduate, who received 14 distinctions out of 18 modules for her national Diploma. Currently a MBA Candidate at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

"I have several years of experience in the education and government sectors, having previously worked for Damelin and Allan Gray Orbis Foundation."

Her strengths includes her exceptional interpersonal skills, her ability to initiate progress and manage change effectively and her thirst for self development. She is truly devoted to her business so she is also sensitive to the importance of the company’s growth and making a positive impact within her industry. She is all about performance. Everything she does is driven by yielding great results because service delivery is one of the key metrics that she excels in.
