A Word from our CEO

Congratulations; heights are reached with a great team and we are happy to entice you in our team. Aorta the home of staffing solutions.

My name is Nozuko Tikayo, the CEO of Aorta Staffing Solutions and on behalf of my management team we would like to give you a warm welcome to our platform and hope we will be able to interact on a personal level. Our management team consists of me as CEO, Mo De Villiers as Chief Operating Officer and Bright Chiranzi as Business Development Manager.

Over the next couple of weeks I will introduce to the rest of the team, especially our Staffing Consultants, as there will be loads of communication with you for current and upcoming vacancies.

However for this blog I quickly want give a short intro about me:

  • I am a 25-year-old who grew up in Port Elizabeth in New Brighton and I am presently residing in Cape Town.

  • Currently undertaking my Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management at Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

  • I am ambitious, goal driven and passionate about entrepreneurship.

  • I have extensive experience in Human Resources and Business Management

  • My motto and drive: “I believe I can do whatever and be whoever I want if I just apply mind, energy and time into it

Aorta Staffing Solutions is more than just a recruitment agency. It says it all in our name. We are the heart of your success because we are a staffing solutions agency. This means we have a 360 degree solution for your staff. Replacing staff with high quality candidates is only one of the functions we fulfil. We are also there to assist small SMME's with their HR and IR issues through our HR Consulting service. We also offer Performance Management so that you retain your staff, which is much more cost effective than continuous training of new staff, through effective SOP's and engaged employees. All service offerings will be affected by consultants trained in advanced strategic human resources management and etiquette.
